It starts up Ubisoft launcher (or Steam if I start trough the Ubisoft launcher) and after syncing the save files (even though I don't have any yet) it goes straight to the post-game screen that usually comes up when you exit the game. Is there a way to change the search path so it doesn't look for it in the default C drive directory?Įdit: Now it's doing the straight-to-post-game thing in the E drive installation aswell, so I got it to work in the right hdd atleast. It updated a couple more times, and after updating, I was able to launch AC3. After rebooting, I opened Uplay again, and it finally opened. After updating, it closes, and won't open/crashes.ĥ) I rebooted my computer. After several hours of searching online, and reinstalling Uplay, and verifying the game cache, I finally managed to get it working.ġ) I verifed the game cache of AC3.
Ever since Ubisoft updated Uplay, I've been completely unable to start AC3 (or any other game that uses Uplay).
